Customer Focus and Constant Contact

Customer Focus now offers an integration with Constant Contact, allowing users to synchronize their contacts between the two systems.

Customer Focus allows users to add custom marketing tags to customer records, to segment customer and prospect records by location, industry, ‘prefers eco-friendly’, ‘has exhibition in October’, ‘likes golf’ etc.

These lists of customers are also transferred to Constant Contact, facilitating the creation of highly targeted email messages which are much more effective than ‘one size fits all’ messages.
